U-M Food Allergy Program. The Leaders and Best.

Community Education: When it comes to food allergies, knowladge is power.

Let us assist you and your community in clearly understanding food allergies and intolerances. We provide the latest food allergy information in a clear, succinct manner that is designed to benefit everyone involved.

We take our presentations and advocacy “on the road:” to schools, preschools, day care centers, places of worship, youth groups – just about everyone who needs to learn more about this vital topic. Programs cover the fundamentals of food allergy, how to react to a severe reaction, prevention strategies and the impact of the diagnosis on daily life.
